" THE SALE OF FOOD AND DRUGS ACT, 1875."
Report of the Public, Analyst appointed for the Parish of St Mary
Islington, upon the Articles analysed by him under the above Act,
during the Quarter ending the 30TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY ISLINGTON.
Gentlemen,
During the past quarter I have examined 28 articles of food
and drink.
These include Pepper (2), Flour, Sweets, Wine, Tea (2), Spirits (4)_
Butter, Beer (2), Bread, Coffee, Chicory, Lime Juice, Mustard, Cheese,
Cocoa, Arrowroot, Oatmeal, Sugar, Lard, Milk, and Pickles.
I found none of these to be adulterated.
No samples were submitted to me by the public.
