* For the purposes of Sanitary Inspection, I have divided the Pariah into four Districts by two
lines—one passing from East to West along Paul's Road and the line of the North London Railway; the other
from South to North along the Upper Street to Ring Cross, and then along tho Hornsey Road. The South-West
District is retained by Mr. Mayes, together with Belle Isle, and tho South-East by Mr. Dunham; while the
North-West has been assigned to Mr. Flitcroft, and the North-East to Mr. Powell.
