[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Islington, Parish of St Mary]

since only 2 cases of typhus were received from any part of Islington
into the Fever Hospital during the month. Three deaths from smallpox
have occurred, one of an unvaccinated child in Gordon Court, which
is never very long free from the disease, one in the Irish Courts, and the
third near the Lower Road.
