I am at present personally engaged in a close enquiry into the condition
of the Cow-houses throughout the parish, in order to be in a position to
make such recommendation respecting them as may guide the "Vestry in
the exercise of its privileges at the ensuing Licensing, under the Amended
Local Management Act.
