From the above statement it will be seen how the disease attacked people at
the various ages, viz. :
In every hundred eases 0.2 were under 1 year of age
„ „ 3.8 were aged 1 to 5 years.
,, „ 11.5 were aged 5 to 15 years.
Prime „ ,, 24.7} were aged 15 to 25 years
of „ ,, 38.5} 82.4 were aged 25 to 45 years
Life „ „ 19.2} were aged 45 to 65 years
