APPENDICITIS.
Appendicitis was the cause of 25 deaths during the year, of which 14 were
males, and 11 were females, as compared with an average of 25 in the preceding
6 years.
Since 1902 the deaths have been as follows:—

so that altogether 172 deaths have occurred in 7 years.
