ADMINISTRATION OF THE HOUSING, TOWN PLANNING, Etc.,
ACT, 1909.
In a general Order made under Section 17 (1) of this Act, the duties of
the local authorities and their officers are duly set forth, and as these duties
are very important, it is necessary that the Council should have the Regulation
before them. They are to be found in the Report of the Medical Officer of
Health for 1911, page 287.
