To the Medical Officer of Health.
Sir,
I have pleasure in submitting my report for the year ending 28th December, 1912.
During which time I have made 4,264 visits to the various places of business (factories,
workshops and workplaces) on the register, comprising 2,477 inspections, and 1,787 re-inspections.
