In conclusion I have to thank all the members of the staff of my department
for the excellent way they have worked during the year, and especially
Mr J R Leggatt (the Superintendent and Chief Inspector) and Mr George
King (Chief Clerk), to both of whom I am greatly indebted for the manner in
which they have performed their duties and for the assistance they have given
me in the discharge of mine
