MILK AND CREAM REGULATIONS, 1912.
No samples of Cream were submitted to the Public Analysts under these
Regulations, the use of Cream, for the time, being prohibited.
DEFENCE OF THE REALM ACTS, 1914-17.
Fifteen samples, comprising Bread, Margarine and Jam, were examined
by the Public Analysts under the Regulations, all of which conformed with
the Food Control Orders.
