N.B.—The total rooms in dwellings occupied by private families as shown in above table is usually slightly in excess of the total rooms occupied (videTable pp. 5 and 6), owing to the fact that in certain dwellings inhabited by two or more families, part of the dwelling was unoccupied on Census night. |
