DISTRICT INSPECTORS' WORK.
The fourteen district inspectors made a total of 57,817 inspections and calls during
the year, a decrease of 3,525 inspections on the corresponding period of 1922; while 33,175
improvements were effected in 5,762 premises; as against 14,173 improvements in 5,866
premises for the preceding year.
