TUBERCULOSIS.
Tuberculosis caused 389 deaths, which were 132 below the average of the last
decennium, and were 44 less than the number registered in 1922. The death-rate
resulting from them was equal to 116 per 1,000 of the civil population, and represented
99 per cent, of the deaths from all causes during the year.
