These numbers will be somewhat altered if 8 are deducted
as belonging to other parishes, and 1 found drowned—thus
reducing the actual numbers to 148, or 44 more than the
previous year, and 4-5 less than the average of the previous
10 years.

As the main concentration of Hooping Cough and Measles
continues in the neighbourhood of the Vauxhall Road, I have
inspected a further number of houses in that locality, and have
to report that during the month 44 houses have been examined
