    Ice Cream (Heat Treatment) Regulations 1959—Sampling During the year, 32 (101) samples of ice cream were submitted to the Public Health Laboratory for the methylene blue test. The reports classified the samples in provisional grades, based upon the method of examination recommended by the Ministry of Health, as follows:—
