Voluntary Smokeless Zone—Lincoln's Inn Fields.
The City Council agreed to co-operate with the Holborn Borough
Council in establishing a voluntary smokeless zone in Lincoln's Inn Fields.
The area lies mainly in the Borough of Holborn, but part of it is in
Westminster. The occupiers of the premises in Westminster expressed
their willingness to co-operate.
