In 4 instances appeals were lodged against the decision of the Council
to discontinue the Certificate of Suitability. In 3 cases they were withdrawn
following the construction of 2 new bakehouses above ground,
and 1 complete reconstruction of the basement bakehouse, and in the
other case the appeal was dismissed by the Court.
