is as follows:—

By-laws as to Removal of Offensive Refuse.—Two cases were reported
and the persons concerned were prosecuted and fined 7s. Gd each.
Lighting of staircases in tenement buildings.—London County Council
(General Powers) Act, 1927 (Sec. 61)—At three tenement houses lighting
of staircases was installed or improved following the service of formal
notices.
Factories, Workshops and Workplaces.
Occupations and Workshops.—In the following tables are shown in
detail the number and variety of work premises on the register at the end
of 1934, the number of inspections made, and the results of such inspection:-
