E. FOOD SUITLY.
During 1913 visits have been paid to the various classes of business
as follows

Restaurants.—The kitchens of hotels and restaurants are inspected
at least once a quarter, and 236 notices were served. A list of the
defects found is given in the accompanying table.
One restaurant in which the kitchen accommodation was quite
unsuitable was closed.
Defects have been found in places where food is sold or prepared for sale as follows:—
