shows the importance of reckoning only the deaths of
Parishioners under this heading, which I am now able
to do.
The Inquest cases held in the Parish numbered 130, or
more than in either of the three preceding years. They
were equivalent to 6.5 per cent. of the gross total deaths
as against 7.3 in London generally.
The number of deaths uncertified as to cause was 22, or
8 less than in 1889, and equivalent to 1.1 per cent. of the
gross total of deaths, as against only 0.9 per cent. in
London generally.
