That the resolution of Vestry of the 31st March,
1870, as follows, " 'That all monies received
" 'by each Collector in the course of the day
" 'be paid in on the following morning to
" 'the account of the Vestry, at their
" 'Bankers,' be strictly acted upon in future,
"and that to enable the Collectors to do this,
"a Yestry Account be opened at Messrs.
"Drummond's to be called 'The Vestry's
"General Assets Account.' That the Col"lectors
do pay into this Account the gross
"sums daily received by them, and that
"Messrs. Drummond be asked, until the
"further orders of the Vestry, to follow the
"directions respectively of the three Col"lectors
(Mr. Alfred Augustas Lambert,
"Mr. George Dyke, and Mr. Percy Keen
"Knox), as to the transfer of sums from this
"new Account to the Vestry Poor Rate
"Account, General Management Account,
"and Sewers Account. That the Collectors
"be directed to transfer the sums collected,
"to the several Vestry Accounts, not less
"than once in each week."
