10.—To make plans, &c., required for alterations and
improvements where necessary, to be submitted to Committees.
11.—To assist the Surveyor generally, in and out of the
office, and to obey all instructions of the Surveyor, and
to personally see all works he may order efficiently carried
out, and to report generally to the Surveyor upon any
matter or thing that may come, or be brought under his
notice, whereby the business of the Vestry is insufficiently,
or improperly, carried on, or its orders evaded.
