My Lords and Gentlemen,
The year 1880 has been signalised by the lowest
death rate on record for the Parish.
The gross total of deaths registered in the Parish during
the 52 weeks ending January 1st, 1881, was 1,855, or
almost the same as the average annual number for the preceding
ten years.
