Note.—The tolls over Chelsea Bridge having been
freed, the bridge is not now liable to rates.
A Summary showing the amount of the Rates assessed,
and the state of the Collection at the close of the same in
April 1880, is printed in Appendix No 4.
Out of the General Management Rate, the Vestry have
paid the sum of £34,906 8s. 8d., required by precept of the
School Board for London, for the year ended at Lady-day
1880.
Up to the 25th March, the payments made by the
Vestry amounted to—
