All of which are regularly inspected as to their cleanliness.
The cow-sheds are limewhited four times in each
year, and the manure removed from them daily. The
slaughter-houses and marine store dealers are limewhited
when required.
Bake-houses limewhited 38, out of 88 inspected during
May 1867, and 15 out of 87 during November 1867.
