I hereby certify that I have examined the foregoing Accounts, and concurring in the proposal of the
Directors to carry to a Suspense Account ihe sum of £7727, being a portion of the expense of Frost Service, I
lind the same to be correct, and that the sum of Fifty-three Thousand, Four Hundred and Fifty Pounds,
f ourteen Shillings, (£53450 14s.) is available for the payment of Dividend on the Share Capital of the
Company, amounting to the sum of One Million, Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds (£1,450,000).
