We, the undersigned, having Audited the Accounts of the Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St George the Martyr, Southwark, relating to the several Rates levied by them, in pursuance of the
order of the Vestry of the said Parish, numbered 14, and dated the 2nd day of June, 1862, do hereby
state our allowance of the said Accounts; and do find in accordance with the above account, signed by
the said Overseers, that there is an excess which has been levied beyond the amount in the said order
mentioned, less the expenses of and incidental to the making and collecting of the same, of Eighty One
Pounds Three Shillings and Three Pence, which has been paid over to the Vestry. Given under our
hands this 27th day of May, 1863.

I hereby certify that I have paid the aforesaid 50 Pensioners, duly elected on Mr. Cooper's Charity,
the sum of Ten Shillings each Quarter:—that is, £25 in the several months of May, August, and
November, 1862, and February, 1863, and to 48 Pensioners a gratuity of 2s. 6d. each, and the balance
in my hands on the 25th day of March last was £63 8s. 3d.
