I have examined the several Accounts of which the foregoing is the Balance Sheet, and I have compared the several payments credited to the Treasurer with the Vouchers, and I hereby certify that the entries appear to be correct and legal, except as to the disallowed items, and that subject to the explanation below (see opposite) the Balance of the Treasurer's Account, viz: £1466 13 6, agrees with the Balance which, by his own Book, appears to have been in his hands at the time of closing such Account.
