STATEMENT
of
ALLOWANCE BY THE AUDITORS
of the
ACCOUNTS OF THE CHURCHWARDENS.
(18 & 19 Vic., c. 120, s. 196.)
WE, Stephen Knight, Joseph Webster, and William Gilpin, the Auditors
of the Accounts of the Parish of Saint George the Martyr, Southwark, having in the
present Month of May in the Year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Two,
attended at the Office of the Vestry of the said Parish, and there Audited the
Accounts of Charles Saunders, William Lock, and Henry Clement Elliott, the
Churchwardens of the said Parish, from the 21st day of May, 1861, (the date of
their admission) to the 26th day of May instant, Do hereby state our allowance
of the said Accounts, as the same are in the Churchwardens' Cash Book, and
the Churchwardens' Ledger, signed by us, shewing the respective Balances
therein set forth.
