REMOVAL OF NUISANCES.
IN THE SANITARY DEPARTMENT.
Besides those cases which have been remedied on application of the Officer without
service of formal Notice, the following have passed through the Books within the Year
ending March 25th, 1862.

Besides the numerous cases in which upon application by the Inspector Obstructions and
other Nuisances have been at once removed, the following Summonses and formal Notices
have been issued during the Year ending March 25th, 1862,

To remove Dung from the Public way 1
To remove an Erection on the Public footway 1
To repair a dangerous Cellar Flap 1
To remove Blind Posts put up without authority 1
