I would like to express my gratitude to the Chairman and Members of the
Health Committee in particular, and to all other Members of the Council for their
support during the year. Also to the Chief Executive & Town Clerk and other Chief
Officers of the Council and finally once again to the Health Department staff for their
diligent work during 1971.
