Where unsatisfactory reports are received further samples are obtained before
any further action is taken. In the cases reported, further samples were found to be
satisfactory.
Chemical Analysis
Thirty-nine samples were submitted for examination and one was found to be
deficient in fat and non-fatty milk solids.
FOOD HYGIENE (GENERAL) REGULATIONS, 1960
All food premises were inspected and during the year written notices of requirements
under the Regulations were given in respect of 101 premises.
