Chinese Mangoes in Syrup
Because of unsatisfactory chemical reports, two consignments
comprising 240 cases and 750 cases (48 x 20 oz. tins) of Chinese
Mangoes were detained, pending negotiations as to their ultimate
disposal.
Australian Butter
9 x 56 lbs. cartons of Australian Butter, contaminated by river
water were detained and later released for refining purposes.
