FOOD
THE INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD
During the year, 358,744 tons of imported food were inspected
under the Public Health (Imported Food) Regulations 1937 and
1948, and the Public Health (Preservatives etc. in Food) Regulations,
1925 to 1953.
