OUTWORKERS
Two hundred and fifty-three inspections of homes of outworkers
were made during the year. The conditions generally were found
to be quite satisfactory . There were no cases of default in sending
lists of outworkers to the Council, nor was it necessary to serve any
notices or institute any prosecutions for work carried on in unwholesome
premises (Sec. 111).
