Regulations, and cautionary letters were sent to the manufacturers.
Nine premises are registered for the use of filling materials,
and one licensed for manufacture or storage of Rag Flock. One
licence was discontinued.
HAIRDRESSING ESTABLISHMENTS.
The Metropolitan Boroughs' Standing Joint Committee
was requested to consider whether barbers' shops and hairdressing
establishments should be subject to registration, and the
cleanliness of premises, instruments, towels, materials and
equipment, and of persons employed, should be made the
subject of by-laws.
