Two maintenance treatments were carried out in May and
November at approximately 820 manholes on each treatment.
OUTWORKERS

There were no cases of default in sending lists of outworkers to the Council, nor was it necessary to serve any notices or institute any prosecutions for work carried on in unwholesome premises (Sec. 111).
