ICE CREAM.
Inspection of all makers' and sellers' premises has been carried out
during the season, March to September. More up-to-date equipment
has been installed in many shops and the condition of manufacture and
storage has been satisfactorily maintained. Out of 233 makers and
sellers only 30 now use salt and ice methods. 42 use Card Ice and 161 have
electrical apparatus.
