The total number of retail Milksellers premises at the end of the
year consisted of 6 depots, 53 dairies, 301 premises at which milk is
sold in bottles or cartons only and 21 premises at which milk is sold for
consumption on the premises only.
MILK (SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS) ORDERS, 1936 AND 1938. The total number of licences issued for the sale of Graded Milks were as follows:—
