The mortality rate was 0.80 per 1,000, as against 0.81 per 1,000 in
1936.
The following tables give, in tabular form, the number of cases of
Tuberculosis on the Medical Officer's Register; the number of new cases
coming to the knowledge of the Medical Officer of Health, and the number
of deaths from Tuberculosis for the period under review.
