Two Bakehouses were discontinued during the year and the ovens
demolished.
BUTTER AND MARGARINE FACTORIES, &c.
12 inspections were made, and no nuisances were discovered.
The limewashing and cleaning was carried out as required.
6 samples of Butter were procured and submitted to the Public
Aualyst, who certified them as genuine.
