SLAUGHTERHOUSES.
The supervision of the various Slaughterhouses was carried out
during the year by Mr. Fisher and Mr. Duffield.
There are four licensed Slaughterhouses in the Borough. The following are the premises and the licensees:—

Mr. Taylor of 3, Lucas Road, did not apply for a renewal of his
licence.
This has reduced our number of licensed Slaughterhouses in the
Borough to four.
70 inspections were made during the year. One nuisance was
discovered.
Each Slaughterhouse was limewashed every three months during
the year.
