BUTTER AND MARGARINE FACTORIES AND STORES.
3 inspections of these premises were made. No nuisances were
discovered.
Limewashing was carried out when required.
SLAUGHTERHOUSES.
The supervision of the various Slaughterhouses was carried out
during the year bv Mr. Fisher.

There are five licensed Slaughterhouses in the Borough. The following are the premises and the licensees: —

The above nuisance was remedied.
SALE OF FOOD AND DRUGS ACTS.
During the year ending 31st December, 1921, 1,577 "official"
samples were taken by the Inspector.
