	Defects.—The house is generally dilapidated, and in consequence has been unoccupied for some time.

	Defccts.—The brickwork of the house is defective. There is not a proper supply of water to the upper floors. The upper rooms are less than six feet high. The internal woodwork of the house, viz., the gashes, floors, doors, &c.. is decayed. The walls and ceilings are dirty and defective.
