The following defects were discovered by the Inspector, who found
it necessary to serve 35 intimation notices in order to obtain the abatement
of the nuisances complained of

Animals in bakehouse 1 „
Floors defective 6 „
Ceilings defective 4 „
Walls defective 1 ,,

Total 76 cases
All the above-mentioned nuisances were remedied.
Each bakehouse was limewashed or the walls washed at least twice
during the year,
Certificates have been granted during the year to the undermentioned
bakehouses:—
