Defects.—The structure of the house is worn out, the front wall is cracked, there is no evidence of a damp course, the woodwork of the house is broken and defective, the roof is in a bad condition, letting the rain in. The stairs are narrow, winding and dilapidated, the yard is very small, there is evidence of dampness in the walls throughout the house.
