Defects.—The walls are bulging and worn out, there is no damp proof course in the walls and the lower rooms are damp, the woodwork of the house is worn out, the roof is defective, the rooms are small, there is no fireplace in the back bedroom and the floor of the ground floor front room is in bad condition of repair.
