The first floor is out of the level and rotten, the roof is defective and the woodwork of the house is decayed, the staircase is narrow and dangerous, the water closet structure is defective, the yard paving is defective, and the lower room and one bedroom are not seven feet in height, the bedroom is without a fireplace.
