Defects.—The structure of the house is old and worn out, there is no evidence of a damp course, there is evidence of dampness throughout the house, the whole of the woodwork of the house is rotten and dilapidated, the floors of the rooms on the first and top floors, are out of the level, the roof is defective, the walls of the rooms are verminous, the washhouse floor is defective. No ventilation under the ground floors.

Defects.—The structure of the house is old and worn out, no evidence of a damp course, whole of woodwork of house is rotten and dilapidated, the roof and ceilings are defective, ground floor back room floor and top floor front room floor are not level, the rain water pipe at rear of house is defective.

Defects.—The house structure is worn out, there is no damp course and the walls are damp, the woodwork of the house, such as the floors, windows, doors, partitions and stairs is old, worn out and dilapidated. The internal arrangement of the rooms of the house is bad, and the staircase is narrow, the closet accommodation is bad, the roof is defective, there is no back yard and the through ventilation of the house is bad.
