INSPECTION OF FOOD.
Damaged Flour
The annexed report made by the Food Inspector shews how difficult
it is, in the case of unsound food released for other purposes than human
consumption, to be assured that the food in question is used in the way
agreed upon at the time of the release. One has to trust to the bona fides
of the party to whom the article of unsound food is consigned.
